Policies
Please be aware of all our policies
Peachy's Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Because each appointment reserves dedicated time with your service provider, we kindly ask that all cancellations and rescheduling requests be made within the required notice period.
APPOINTMENTS OF 1 HOUR OR LESS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% of the scheduled service total
• Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total
• Same-day rescheduling: 50% of the scheduled service total
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total
APPOINTMENTS OVER 1 HOUR
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
This includes appointments where multiple services are booked together and the total reserved appointment time exceeds one hour.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of the scheduled service total
• Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total
• Same-day rescheduling: 50% of the scheduled service total
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total
RESCHEDULING
Late rescheduling fees are charged for the time that was originally reserved and are not applied as credit toward the rescheduled appointment.
Appointments may only be late-rescheduled once. Additional late changes to the rescheduled appointment may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Removing or shortening a service from an appointment within the required notice period will be considered a cancellation of that portion of the appointment and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
Arriving late may result in a shortened service so that we do not interfere with the appointments scheduled after yours.
If your late arrival prevents us from reasonably performing your scheduled service, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation/no-show and 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
By booking an appointment with Peachy’s Beautique, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Inclement Weather Policy
We understand that inclement weather can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We care for the safety of our clients. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments, Peachy Services will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to inclement weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather.
Arrival Time
Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrivals allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule, If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel and reschedule the appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. this will be at our discretion, thank you!
No Kids
We love your little ones! However, to maintain a safe, peaceful, and relaxing environment for all of our guests, children are not permitted to accompany clients to their appointments.
Many of our services require our clients to remain on the treatment table for an extended period of time, and our team is unable to supervise children while providing services. Our space also contains professional equipment, products, and treatment areas that are not designed for unsupervised children.
We want you to be able to fully relax and enjoy your appointment while allowing your provider to give you their complete attention.
Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. If you arrive with a child and another adult is not present to supervise them outside of the treatment area, we may be unable to complete your service. In this situation, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.
