Peachy's Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Peachy’s, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to our clients and our team, please review our updated policy:

Notice Requirements

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule standard appointments.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for services lasting 2 hours or more.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within the required notice period are eligible for a deposit refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

• Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period will have the deposit transferred to the new appointment.

Late Changes & Missed Appointments

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the required notice period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to provide exceptional service and availability to all of our clients.

Inclement Weather Policy

We understand that inclement weather can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. We care for the safety of our clients. In the case that inclement weather interferes with scheduled appointments, Peachy Services will contact you to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment due to inclement weather conditions, please give us as much advance notice possible. You will not be charged for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather.

Arrival Time

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrivals allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule, If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel and reschedule the appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. this will be at our discretion, thank you!

No Kids

No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced.
